Starting my business!
Hi! I’m Marilyn and I’m learning about the internet and how to make a living on it. For years I have been a house wife and deeply concerned with raising our children and running our household. And now I am ready to apply my attention to running my own internet business.
And what type of business do I intent to make? I want to do internet marketing. I want to partner with other new web site owners who are looking to drive traffic to their site. For them, I’d like to be able to run Adwords campaigns and article marketing and help get traffic to their site. Do I know everything to know about this business? No, of course not. But I need to start somewhere and having my own website is my first functional step.
I will learn Web 2.0 techniques too – I’ve heard alot about Twitter and Facebook and others and that they can help in traffic generation. I want to learn these too. It’s an exciting time for me.
